Miamisburg’s soccer scene just picked up serious momentum. Thanks to Miamisburg Parks & Recreation, the athletic corridor along 4400 Medlar Road, right alongside the longtime home of the Medlar soccer grounds is now sporting two brand-new SoccerGround Classic Mini-Pitches. If you’ve spent a Saturday morning navigating the Medlar fields, you know how deeply rooted soccer is in this community.

These new installations, however, bring a completely fresh dimension to local play. Rather than traditional open grass, the SoccerGround Classic system delivers an arena-style environment designed specifically for small-sided, fast-paced street soccer.

These additions serve as a major asset for players tied to the Miamisburg Soccer Association (MSA) looking for extra technical reps, as well as anyone who just wants an active, spontaneous pickup match after school or work. By lowering the logistical barrier to playing soccer, the Medlar Road park grounds become even more of an accessible hub for active recreation.
